Dr Mabindisa is a lecturer and the Master’s course work programme coordinator in the department of Industrial and Organisational Psychology. He holds a doctoral degree (PhD) in Management Science, with a specialisation in Human Resource Management, from Durban University of Technology. Prior to joining Nelson Mandela University, he accumulated seven years of experience in the corporate sector, where she served as an Assistant Director at the head office of the Department of Higher Education and Training. 

 

He has also held academic roles as a Senior Lecturer at a TVET college and as an Academic Coordinator for Business Studies. Currently, he supervises postgraduate research. His research interests lie within the fields of Human Resource Management and Development as well as Industrial Relations, with a particular focus on employee wellbeing, professional development, and working conditions.
