Lilly Safoaa is an assistant lecturer in the department of Industrial and organisational psychology department. She completed her BA Human Resource Management (Cum-laude) as well as her Honours in Labour Relations and Human Resource Management (Cum-laude) at Nelson Mandela University. Her honours treatise focused on the relationship between Humanising work experience and employee wellbeing in South Africa’s education and healthcare sectors. She is currently an assistant lecturer in the department of Industrial Organizational Psychology.

 

Her research interests are improving employee experiences, work experience, personalisation, job design (Human Centred design and job crafting), well-being, performance, growth and development.
