Mrs Dzivhani is a registered Senior Industrial and Organisational Psychologist, academic leader, and researcher in the Department of Industrial and Organisational Psychology. She holds a Master of Commerce in Industrial and Organisational Psychology from the University of Pretoria and has over three years of academic leadership experience serving as Head of Department in the Department of Industrial Organisational psychology at the Nelson Mandela University.

 

Her research focuses on authentic leadership, workplace bullying, and the wellbeing of academics in higher education. She is particularly interested in the lived experiences of African women academics and academic leaders, as well as the role of organisational support and psychological safety in shaping burnout and occupational wellbeing.
